Room 45 provided A wonderful experience. It was a corner room on the third floor overlooking the river. The cleanliness stood out, and the view was a daily pleasure. I appreciated the excellent staff and the delicious breakfast provided each morning.
I noticed the room on the first floor felt somewhat outdated. The furniture and carpets was like they needed some refreshing. The bathroom also presented a slightly disappointing appearance.

The hotel offered free tea and coffee ALL day. A garden was also available. Free parking provided a significant benefit, especially with a rental car. The location near shuttle stops was especially useful.

Breakfast offered a complete and well-presented selection EVERY morning. Hot chocolate and sparkling water machines were available. Free cakes added a SWEET touch. I enjoyed the variety provided.

My room had mountain, river, and town views. The rooms are also pet-friendly. A sauna was available . I found purified water readily accessible. It was lovely.

Staff members were warm and cute. They provided helpful assistance whenever I needed it. One employee even spoke Portuguese, which assisted another guest. The staff were pretty good. THEY are superiors.

i appreciated the hotel's location near the canal. It was also close to town. The area remained quiet. The free tea, coffee, and sparkling water were lovely extras. The sitting areas, both inside and out, were awesome.
i had a slight issue with the shower water one morning. it wasn't HOT when i tried to shower.

the staff was friendly and quite helpful. they offered assistance whenever needed. The Brazilian staff at reception stood out, always ready to assist with daily needs. everyone did an Really good job.

breakfast had a simple setup and great view of the river. there were ample options for a solid start to the day. i found complimentary coffee and snacks available. these were a great touch throughout the day.
